Spring has sprung

Yes, it’s official, Winter is on it’s way out, and spring has poked it’s head around the door. Very happy with that!!!!

So Sunday we took Leo to Bushy Park for some fun in the sun. We usually walk to the park, but as Leo insists on taking his motorbike everywhere, we decided to drive…bad move as trying to get a parking spot turned into a nightmare. As you can imagine, everyone south of the Thames had the same idea about catching some rays in the park.


But we finally managed and after carting all our bits and pieces to the pond, Leo set about taking charge. Firstly he scooted up and down the path on his bike. The other families in the park used the path at their peril. Then he confiscated any ball in sight, much negotiation had to take place to get him to return them to their rightful owners.





The ducks also got yelled at, and thank heavens for the hood on his top as this meant we could catch him before he jumped into the pond.

In-between all this action, there was a bit of time to stuff fruit in his mouth, always a firm favourite.

It was a very tired little boy we piled into the car at the end of the day.
