Leo turns 3

Leo turned 3 on the 7th of December…how time flies, I can’t believe he is 3 already.

Well, the day started with the opening of birthday presents of course, Leo loved his digger truck from granddad and the scooter from nana. There were loads of gift though, I’m thinking of opening my own branch of toys ‘r us.

It was then off to the party. Leo had a joint part with Brooke Aylward who turned 1 on the same day as Leo. The Aylwards were on route to SA from Canada so it worked out really well.

Here are all the kids sitting down for the lunch with mum's at the ready . In the bottom left hand corner you can see Owen Aylward (Brooke's big brother). He was so funny, he sat down at the table and promptly piled ALL the sausage rolls onto his plate. Lance had to step in and put some back…poor boy, obviously they don’t get sausage rolls in Canada.

Aunty Tina made an awesome birthday cake. A Hansel and Gretel house with one half done in Pink for Brooke and the other half in Blue for Leo.

The next day Leo got to open all the pressies from his party.
